Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Aquafaba
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpea liquid (aquafaba)
- 100 g melted dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
Preparation
Whisk the chickpea liquid in a bowl.
Add the agave and the melted chocolate.
Stir everything together and add the mousse into glasses or bowls.
Put in the fridge until it's time to serve.
Add soy whip on top, or berries, or more chocolate, or just eat it as is. You decide.
