Vegan Chocolate Tahini Cookies

Ingredients

  • 90g sugar
  • 85g margarine
  • 70g tahini
  • 50g vegan yogurt
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 3g baking soda
  • 4g baking powder
  • 2g salt
  • 200g chopped dark chocolate
  • 10g sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Using an electric mixer, whisk 90g sugar, 85g margarine, and 70g tahini until it becomes white, then add 50g vegan yogurt and continue whisking until creamy.

  3. Add 120g all-purpose flour, 3g baking soda, 4g baking powder, and 2g salt, then mix with a fork.

  4. Add 200g chopped dark chocolate and 10g sesame seeds.

  5. On baking paper, form balls using an ice cream scoop, about 6 per baking sheet, and optionally chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  6. Bake in the oven for 13 to 17 minutes depending on the size of the cookies.

  7. Carefully transfer to a cooling rack and let cool before serving.
