Ingredients

  • 15 g soy flour or other egg replacement
  • 2 tsp starch
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Sweetener of choice (e.g., butter cookie flavored drops)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined to form a dough.

  2. Bake the crêpes in a well-coated pan on both sides for a few seconds.
