Vegan Crêpes with Caramel Protein Filling
Ingredients
- 160 g spelt flour
- 15 g soy flour or other egg replacement
- 2 tsp starch
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml water
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sweetener of choice (e.g., butter cookie flavored drops)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients until well combined to form a dough.
Bake the crêpes in a well-coated pan on both sides for a few seconds.
Enjoy with fillings and toppings of your choice.
