Sweet "Sushi" Rolls with Caramelized Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients

  • 160 g spelt flour
  • 15 g soy flour ( or other egg replacement)
  • 2 tsp starch
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Sweetener of choice ( I used flavedrops)

Preparation

  1. Sweetener of choice ( I used flavedrops) ➡️ Mix all ingredients until it's a well combined dough

  2. Bake the crêpes in a well coated pan on both sides for a few seconds ? Happy Monday
