Caramelised Apples with Honey and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- A little olive oil or butter
- Honey
- A little ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water
Preparation
Peel and slice two apples.
Put them into a pan with a little olive oil or butter and honey.
Add a little ground cinnamon and a tablespoon of water.
Cook for about ten minutes, turning occasionally, until soft and caramelised.
Tips
This is a great way to use apples that are slightly overripe.
