Caramelised Apples with Honey and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • A little olive oil or butter
  • Honey
  • A little ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon water

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice two apples.

  2. Put them into a pan with a little olive oil or butter and honey.

  3. Add a little ground cinnamon and a tablespoon of water.

  4. Cook for about ten minutes, turning occasionally, until soft and caramelised.

Tips

  1. This is a great way to use apples that are slightly overripe.
