Tasty Homemade Oat Bars
Ingredients
- oats
- dried fruits
- seeds
- honey
- sunflower oil
- water
- vanilla
- cinnamon
- salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, dried fruits, seeds, honey, sunflower oil, water, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the tray and press with a spatula to make it even.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bars are golden.
Let cool on the tray for a few minutes before cutting into bars.
