Tasty Homemade Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • oats
  • dried fruits
  • seeds
  • honey
  • sunflower oil
  • water
  • vanilla
  • cinnamon
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, dried fruits, seeds, honey, sunflower oil, water, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

  4. Pour the mixture into the tray and press with a spatula to make it even.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bars are golden.

  6. Let cool on the tray for a few minutes before cutting into bars.
