Berry Chia Jam with Chocolate Porridge Smoothie

Ingredients

  • raspberries
  • strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • leftover banana and vanilla porridge
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • almond milk
  • bananas
  • almond butter
  • cacao nibs
  • chocolate chunks

Preparation

  1. Save leftover porridge in the fridge for the next day.

  2. Make chia jam by cooking raspberries, strawberries, and 2 tablespoons chia seeds on the hob.

  3. Take the leftover banana and vanilla porridge, add 1 tablespoon cacao powder and a good amount of almond milk, and blend until smooth.

  4. Fill the base of the jar with the chia jam.

  5. Spoon the smoothie over the jam.

  6. Top with bananas, almond butter, cacao nibs, and chocolate chunks.
