Maple Cinnamon Sweet Potato Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or 1/2 if you want it thicker)
- 1/4 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop ancient nutrition CBD collagen
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of ginger
- 1 frozen banana
- @perfectbar pumpkin pie bar chopped into cubes
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
