Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Skillet

Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • water
  • Black Pepper
  • White Mushrooms
  • Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Parsley

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

  2. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides

  3. Stir in white mushrooms and garlic powder, sauté until mushrooms soften

  4. Mix cream of mushroom soup with water and black pepper, then pour over the chicken and mushrooms

  5. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
