Hoisin Seitan Stir-Fry with Noodles
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- Water to make 1/2 cup total
Main
- Premade seitan chunks
- Broccoli and other vegetables
- Ramen noodles
Preparation
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil
Add seitan chunks and cook until browned.
Pour on half the sauce and cook until it turns to a glaze.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry until softened, particularly the broccoli.
Serve the stir-fried mixture over the cooked noodles and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
