Malaysian Mee Rebus Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 packet noodles (washed and drained)
  • 2 eggs (chicken or duck)
  • Cut mustard greens or cabbage
  • 1 sliced bell pepper
  • Chicken, shrimp, or squid meat
  • 2 bowls water
  • 1 cut tomato

Preparation

  1. Heat the wok and sauté the pounded ingredients.

  2. Stir and add the chicken, shrimp, or squid meat.

  3. Stir well and add water.

  4. Let it boil and when boiling, add eggs.

  5. Let eggs cook and set, then remove and set aside.

  6. Add noodles, vegetables, and sliced tomato, then season.

  7. Let it boil, add sliced red chili.

  8. Stir and add the cooked eggs back.

  9. Turn off heat and serve.
