Stir-Fried Soy Sauce Noodles

Ingredients

  • Dried noodles or wonton noodles
  • Crushed garlic
  • Ground pepper
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Thick soy sauce
  • Salt and sugar, to taste
  • Cornstarch
  • Chicken
  • Mustard greens
  • Green onions

Preparation

  1. Boil the dried noodles until cooked and quickly blanch the mustard greens.

  2. Marinate the chicken with salty soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and ground pepper, then fry until done.

  3. Sauté crushed garlic until golden brown, drizzle a little sesame oil, then add water, oyster sauce, ground pepper, and thick soy sauce.

  4. Season the sauce with salt and sugar to taste, add cornstarch to thicken, and cook until it boils, then turn off the heat.

  5. Mix the boiled noodles with a little of the sauce in a container and transfer to a bowl.

  6. Arrange sliced fried chicken and blanched vegetables on top of the noodles.

  7. Pour the remaining sauce over the dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
