Sautéed Mushrooms and Sausage

Ingredients

  • 250g button mushrooms
  • 5 beef sausages
  • 2 spring onions

Seasonings

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 10 bird's eye chilies
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Stock powder to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

  2. Add sausage and stir briefly until it changes color.

  3. Add mushrooms and stir until they release water.

  4. Add chilies and season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, sugar, salt, and stock powder; stir well.

  5. Taste and adjust seasoning, then add spring onions, remove from heat, and serve.
