Spicy Indonesian Bacem Giblets
Ingredients
- Giblets
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- Sweet soy sauce to taste
- 3 bay leaves
- Water as needed
Spice paste
- 13 bird's eye chilies
- 7 shallots
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 candlenuts
- A little ginger
Preparation
Boil the giblets briefly and wash them clean.
Prepare a pot and add water, all spices, and ingredients.
Cook until the giblets are done and the sauce has reduced.
Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve.
