Peanut Butter and Blueberry Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond meal
  • 4 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup or 3/4 frozen blueberries

  1. Use an ice cream scoop to evenly distribute the batter and bake at 375 for 25 min
