Strawberry Cashew Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 4 dates
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp lemon extract
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (this can either be bought on its own in a can or it’s the cream part of coconut milk that’s on the top)

Preparation

  1. Soak cashews for 1-2 hours in water, rinse, and add to a food processor

  2. Take the pits out of the dates if they have them then chop the dates and strawberries

  3. Combine everything into the food processor and pulse until the texture is perfect! Took about 30 seconds in mine

  4. Add some liquid (like almond milk) to thin if you want the texture thinner
