Chocolate Espresso Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp espresso
  • pinch of sea salt

Toppings

  • soy yoghurt
  • strawberries
  • peanut butter
  • chocolate granola

Preparation

  1. Cook the mixture on a stove until creamy.

  2. Stir in the protein powder just before removing from heat.

  3. Add the toppings as desired.
