Creamy Oatmeal Yoghurt Breakfast Blend

Ingredients

Base

  • 40 grams of oats
  • 150 ml of unsweetened soymilk
  • 200 grams of lowfat quark (greek-yoghurt works as well!)

Toppings

  • hempseeds
  • banana
  • grapes
  • chia seeds
  • goji berries

Preparation

  1. Mix all the base ingredients together until you get a creamy mixture.

  2. Add the toppings on top.

  3. Optionally, add honey or agave syrup for added sweetness if desired.
