Creamy Oatmeal Yoghurt Breakfast Blend
Ingredients
Base
- 40 grams of oats
- 150 ml of unsweetened soymilk
- 200 grams of lowfat quark (greek-yoghurt works as well!)
Toppings
- hempseeds
- banana
- grapes
- chia seeds
- goji berries
Preparation
Mix all the base ingredients together until you get a creamy mixture.
Add the toppings on top.
Optionally, add honey or agave syrup for added sweetness if desired.
