Instant Cabbage Tomato Oats Dosa
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (tomato, cabbage, green chillies, ginger)
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup sooji
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds to taste
Preparation
Blend the mixed vegetables, oats, and sooji into a smooth batter consistency; if the batter is a little thin, adjust as needed.
Add salt and cumin seeds to the batter and blend well.
Transfer the batter to a bowl and check the consistency for readiness.
Note that the dosas will be super soft and not crispy when made.
