Instant Cabbage Tomato Oats Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (tomato, cabbage, green chillies, ginger)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup sooji
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend the mixed vegetables, oats, and sooji into a smooth batter consistency; if the batter is a little thin, adjust as needed.

  2. Add salt and cumin seeds to the batter and blend well.

  3. Transfer the batter to a bowl and check the consistency for readiness.

  4. Note that the dosas will be super soft and not crispy when made.
