Peanut Butter and Chocolate Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 50g Jumbo Oats
- 30g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 150ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 15g Smooth Peanut Butter
- 15g Liquid Choc Shot
- 5g Dark Chocolate
Preparation
Mix the protein powder, half the peanut butter and almond milk together.
Pour the mixture over the oats and mix well.
Store in the fridge for 6-8 hours or preferably overnight in an airtight container.
In the morning, mix half of the liquid chocolate into the oats to marble it.
Top with the remaining liquid chocolate, peanut butter and chocolate shards.
