Super Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 400g canned chickpeas (roughly smashed)
  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1 handful fresh parsely
  • 3 gloves of garlic
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp cilantro powder or 1 handful fresh cilantro
  • salt and pepper
  • optional : some water if it's not sticky enough
