Super Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 400g canned chickpeas (roughly smashed)
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 handful fresh parsely
- 3 gloves of garlic
- 1/2 red onion
- 3 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp cilantro powder or 1 handful fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper
- optional : some water if it's not sticky enough
