Fluffy Golden Banana Almond Flour Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mashed banana
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder

Preparation

  1. In a larger bowl, mash banana and add eggs and whisk until well blended.

  2. Add flour, protein powder (if using), baking powder, and spices.

  3. Oil a skillet and spoon batter and cook at medium to high, flipping after 2-3 minutes.

  4. Top with ghee, pure maple, and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
