Oat and Banana Pancakes with Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant milk

Toppings

  • Alpro unsweetened soya yogurt
  • Beloved date nectar

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients to make a batter.

  2. Fry the batter with a little oil to make pancakes.
