Creamy Macaroni Carbonara with Smoked Beef
Ingredients
- 200 grams elbow macaroni
- 100 grams spiral macaroni
- 4 slices smoked beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 500 ml UHT liquid milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 grams cheddar cheese
- 1 handful parmesan cheese
- Oregano to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Boil the macaroni in water with a little oil and salt until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat butter and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add the sliced smoked beef, ground pepper, salt, oregano, and chopped fresh parsley. Cook until the smoked beef is done.
Add the milk mixed with egg yolks. Then add the macaroni, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. Stir well, cook until thickened, adjust the taste. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
