Vegan Baked Cream Cheese Pasta
Ingredients
- 200g tomatoes
- 70g vegan cream cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil and parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Pasta for 2
Garnish
- Fresh basil
- Chili flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a baking dish, combine tomatoes, vegan cream cheese, dried basil and parsley, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tomatoes are burst and cheese is soft.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Mix the baked mixture with the cooked pasta.
Garnish with fresh basil and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
