Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 300g flour
  • 200g coconut sugar
  • 1 avocado
  • vanilla flavour
  • 250 ml water
  • splash of vinegar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 20g cacao powder
  • dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan

  4. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes

  5. Let the cake cool down

  6. Add dark chocolate on top
