Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp @bobsredmill gluten free flour
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • dash vanilla extract
  • 2 squares @hukitchen cashew butter dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly except for one square of chocolate.

  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

  3. Remove from microwave and top with the remaining chocolate square.

Tips

  1. Do not substitute coconut or almond flour for the gluten-free flour with the same measurements.

  2. Almond milk can be replaced with any nut milk.

  3. Pure maple syrup can be substituted with brown sugar, date nectar, or honey.

  4. Vanilla extract is optional.
