Salted Caramel Ice Cream Bars with Pretzels and a Brownie Base
Ingredients
- 100g nuts ( i used walnuts)
- a pinch of salt
- optional: flavedrops
- 100g datteln
- eineprise salz
Preparation
Puree the chickpeas and chop the dates
If you have a food processor you can use it for that as well ;) Add the nuts to the food processor or use grounded nuts
Mix all ingredients together ( using your hands) and press the dough into a square form/box
You can eat them as such or make ice cream sandwiches ?? I used a store bought almond salted caramel ice cream and pressed it on top!? Recipe salted caramel: ~50g dates, splash of water, pinch of salt, 1/2 - 1 tsp smooth peanut butter (100%?) ➡️ blend in a food processor, be careful with the water! Only use enough, to make the caramel creamy
