Easy Vegan Berry Crumble
Ingredients
- 4 dates
- 2 tbsp coconut shreds
- 2 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- a tiny bit of water
- frozen berries
- 1 tsp tapioca starch
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix dates, coconut shreds, oats, walnuts, peanut butter, and water to form a crumble topping
Combine frozen berries with tapioca starch in a separate bowl
Layer the berry mixture in a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly
