Easy Vegan Berry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 4 dates
  • 2 tbsp coconut shreds
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • a tiny bit of water
  • frozen berries
  • 1 tsp tapioca starch

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix dates, coconut shreds, oats, walnuts, peanut butter, and water to form a crumble topping

  3. Combine frozen berries with tapioca starch in a separate bowl

  4. Layer the berry mixture in a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly
