Vegan Blueberry Chocolate Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 chopped dates
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- 1 cup water or plant milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Preparation
Add the oats, dates, flax meal and liquid to a small cooking pan, mix well, bring to a boil and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes or until your preferred consistency.
Stir in your peanut butter.
Serve warm with your favorite fruits and don't forget the chocolate.
