Vegan Blueberry Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 chopped dates
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 cup water or plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Add the oats, dates, flax meal and liquid to a small cooking pan, mix well, bring to a boil and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes or until your preferred consistency.

  2. Stir in your peanut butter.

  3. Serve warm with your favorite fruits and don't forget the chocolate.
