Healthy Beetroot Oatmeal Breakfast with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup fresh beet juice
  • Small chopped up (cooked) beets
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients except protein powder into a pot and cook for about 3-5 minutes.

  2. Mix in protein powder when the oats are ready and stir until you no longer see any powdery chunks.

  3. Top with some fresh fruit and peanut butter and enjoy!
