Healthy Beetroot Oatmeal Breakfast with Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup fresh beet juice
- Small chopped up (cooked) beets
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Preparation
Add all the ingredients except protein powder into a pot and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Mix in protein powder when the oats are ready and stir until you no longer see any powdery chunks.
Top with some fresh fruit and peanut butter and enjoy!
