Banana and Cauliflower Nicecream with Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 dl coconut milk
  • 3 frozen very ripe (black spot) bananas
  • 100 g frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder

Chia pudding

  • 2 dl coconut milk
  • 6 tsp chia seeds
  • vanilla

Preparation

  1. Mix all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender.

  2. Mix chia pudding ingredients and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  3. After that, put in layers to assemble the jar.
