Banana and Cauliflower Nicecream with Chia Pudding
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 dl coconut milk
- 3 frozen very ripe (black spot) bananas
- 100 g frozen cauliflower
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
Chia pudding
- 2 dl coconut milk
- 6 tsp chia seeds
- vanilla
Preparation
Mix all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender.
Mix chia pudding ingredients and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After that, put in layers to assemble the jar.
