Ingredients

- 150 ml unsweetened soy milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Preparation
Combine the chia seeds, soy milk, and protein powder, then shake firmly.
Place the mixture in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Return to the freezer for another 5 minutes.
