Oatmeal Yogurt Bowl with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Toppings

  • fresh strawberries
  • green grapes
  • a mixture of seeds
  • hefty spoonful of peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, soy milk, yogurt, protein powder, and chia seeds in a bowl.

  2. Mix well and let sit for a few minutes to allow flavors to blend.

  3. Top the mixture with fresh strawberries, green grapes, mixed seeds, and peanut butter.
