Oatmeal Yogurt Bowl with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Toppings
- fresh strawberries
- green grapes
- a mixture of seeds
- hefty spoonful of peanut butter
Preparation
Combine oats, soy milk, yogurt, protein powder, and chia seeds in a bowl.
Mix well and let sit for a few minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Top the mixture with fresh strawberries, green grapes, mixed seeds, and peanut butter.
