Layered Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water (1000ml)
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 packet agar-agar powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 packet coconut milk powder
  • 1/2 cup custard powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small box fresh milk

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the pot ingredients and add the container ingredients, then stir until slightly thick and turn off heat

  2. Divide the mixture into two parts

  3. To one part, add yellow coloring and vanilla essence

  4. To the other part, add chocolate paste or pandan paste

  5. Layer whichever part you prefer first and arrange original Marie biscuits if using pandan paste mixture or coffee Marie biscuits if using chocolate paste mixture

  6. Wait about a minute, then pour the other mixture

  7. Continue layering until finished

  8. Sprinkle with Marie biscuits, chocolate roll, or chocolate rice as preferred and store in the refrigerator for 2 hours before cutting
