Layered Semolina Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk plus 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 tea glass cream
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 2 packets chocolate biscuits

Preparation

  1. In a pot, combine semolina and sugar and mix them.

  2. Add the milk and stir continuously until it boils, do not stop stirring.

  3. After it boils, add vanilla and cream.

  4. Lightly wet a baking dish to help with removal.

  5. Pour some of the mixture into the dish.

  6. Place biscuits on top.

  7. Repeat the layers of mixture and biscuits for 3 to 4 layers, ending with the mixture.

  8. Put in the refrigerator.

  9. When serving, crush some biscuits and sprinkle them on top.
