Layered Semolina Biscuit Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk plus 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 tea glass cream
- 1 packet vanilla
- 2 packets chocolate biscuits
Preparation
In a pot, combine semolina and sugar and mix them.
Add the milk and stir continuously until it boils, do not stop stirring.
After it boils, add vanilla and cream.
Lightly wet a baking dish to help with removal.
Pour some of the mixture into the dish.
Place biscuits on top.
Repeat the layers of mixture and biscuits for 3 to 4 layers, ending with the mixture.
Put in the refrigerator.
When serving, crush some biscuits and sprinkle them on top.
