Vegan Maki Rolls with Avocado and Tofu
Ingredients

- inari tofu

Preparation
Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
Slice the avocado, cucumber, and inari tofu into thin strips.
Lay out a bamboo mat and place a sheet of nori seaweed on it.
Spread the cooked brown rice evenly over the nori, leaving a small border.
Arrange the sliced avocado, cucumber, and inari tofu in a line across the rice.
Roll the nori tightly using the bamboo mat to form maki rolls.
Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
Top the pieces with additional sliced avocado, sriracha mayo, and vegan caviar.
Serve the maki rolls fresh.
