Vegan Maki Sushi Rolls with Toppings
Ingredients
- brown rice
- inari tofu
- avocado
- cucumber
- sriracha mayo
- vegan caviar
Preparation
Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
Season the cooked rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt to make sushi rice.
Prepare fillings by slicing avocado and cucumber into thin strips.
Assemble Maki rolls by spreading rice on nori sheets and adding inari tofu, avocado, and cucumber fillings, then rolling tightly.
Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
Top the pieces with sriracha mayo and vegan caviar before serving.
