Vegan Homemade Sushi with Vegetables and Tofu

Ingredients

  • avocado
  • cucumber
  • carrots
  • tofu
  • vegan skagenröra
  • seaweed caviar

Preparation

  1. Prepare sushi rice by cooking rice and seasoning it with rice vinegar.

  2. Slice the avocado, cucumber, carrots, and tofu into thin strips.

  3. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat and spread an even layer of sushi rice.

  4. Add the sliced vegetables, tofu, vegan skagenröra, and seaweed caviar in the center.

  5. Roll the nori tightly using the bamboo mat, then slice into bite-sized pieces.

  6. Serve immediately with soy sauce or preferred dipping sauce.
