Vegan Tofu Sushi Jar

Ingredients

  • 125 g sushi rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 200 g tofu
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml date syrup

Toppings

  • Sriracha sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fried onions

Preparation

  1. Cook the sushi rice and set aside.

  2. Halve the tofu and fry both slices in oil, soy sauce and date syrup until golden brown, then cut into cubes.

  3. Pour the ingredients one by one into a glass or cup, press down lightly.

  4. Turn the jar upside down and gently tap and lift. If it does not come loose, loosen the rice from the sides with a thin, moistened knife.

  5. Enjoy with toppings.
