Easy High Protein Salad
Ingredients
- arugula
- black beans
- tempeh
- 4 tbsp tamari
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp acv
- tortilla chips
- cucumber
- littlecreekdressing original dressing
Preparation
Cook tempeh in pan on medium heat, add in maple syrup, liquid smoke, tamari, and acv into pan
Let the tempeh absorb liquid and get crisp
Add arugula to bowl, add chopped cucumbers, add black beans pour dressing over, crunch up chips and place the tempeh on top!
