Grilled Peaches and Prosciutto Salad

Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Arugula
  • Lemon juice
  • Chili-infused olive oil
  • Peaches
  • Prosciutto
  • Burrata cheese
  • Fresh mint
  • Dill
  • Balsamic glaze

Preparation

  1. Combine spinach and arugula with lemon juice and chili-infused oil.
