Garlic Thyme Mushrooms with Yogurt and Lemon

Ingredients

  • 250g chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon plant-based yogurt
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop the garlic and onions

  2. Chop the mushrooms

  3. Fry in a pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes on medium heat

  4. Add the mushrooms and mix well

  5. Cook for another 5 minutes

  6. Mix with the yogurt and lemon juice

  7. Before serving mix in the thyme, salt and pepper

  8. Toast the bread

  9. Place mushrooms on the bread and add more thyme on top
