Hash Brown Cheese Bagel

Ingredients

  • 2 hash browns
  • 1 four-cheese bagel
  • 1 gouda cheese slice
  • 1 quail egg

Preparation

  1. Cook the hash browns in the oven as per package instructions.

  2. Toast the cheese bagel in a pan.

  3. Fry the quail egg for a couple of seconds to start setting the white.

  4. Place the egg into the hole of the bagel.

  5. Add the gouda cheese slice and hash browns to the bagel.

  6. Put the entire assembled bagel back in the oven until the egg white is fully set.
