Lambless Panini Sandwich
Ingredients
- Lambless pieces
- A pinch of thyme
- A pinch of sea salt
- Extra mature cheddar cheese
- Part-baked petits pains
- Salad
Preparation
Pan fry the lambless pieces until tender.
Season with a pinch of thyme and sea salt.
Mix the extra mature cheddar through the pieces.
Slice the part-baked petits pains.
Toast the sliced bread in a panini press or health grill.
Fill the bread with the mixture.
Place back in the press and cook until done.
Serve with salad.
Tips
You can swap thyme for mint if you prefer mint in savory dishes.
