Salad with Potato Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed lettuce
  • 1 tomato or cucumber cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener such as agave or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Potato balls

  • 3-4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup spinach or mushroom
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and leave them on the side

  2. Distribute lettuce and tomatoes or cucumbers

  3. Heat the oil and sauté the onion until it wilts, then add the spinach or mushrooms and spices

  4. Add the mix to the potatoes and mix

  5. Shape the potatoes and dip them in the breadcrumbs

  6. Transfer the balls into the air fryer and freeze the rest

  7. Sprinkle the sauce on the salad and then add the potato balls and enjoy
