Creamy Butter Tuscan Salmon
Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- 1/2 lemon
- Black pepper powder
- Olive oil for grilling
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 red onion
- 1 box cooking cream
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 20 spinach leaves
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Preparation
Sprinkle black pepper and squeeze lemon over salmon fillets then marinate for 2-3 minutes.
Heat a pan with olive oil and grill the salmon until cooked then set aside.
Heat a pan with butter and sauté the chopped garlic and red onion.
Add cooking cream followed by parmesan cheese.
If more sauce is desired, add a little water but not too much to avoid making it runny and adjust salt to taste.
When the mixture boils, add spinach, cherry tomatoes, and the grilled salmon.
Garnish with rosemary or parsley leaves if desired.
Tips
Serve with hot white rice for a delicious meal.
