Seasonings

  • sriracha mayonnaise
  • yuzu mayonnaise
  • furikake seasoning
  • chilli oil
  • soy sauce or tamari
  • lime

Preparation

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and season lightly with salt.

  2. Prepare the toppings by chopping vegetables, fruits, and proteins as needed.

  3. Assemble the poke bowl by placing the sushi rice in a bowl and adding desired toppings.

  4. Drizzle with seasonings to taste, such as sriracha mayonnaise and soy sauce.

Notes

  1. When making sushi rice, season it with only a little salt instead of traditional sushi seasoning for a preferred taste.
