Apple and Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup apple sauce, frozen into ice cubes
  • 1 cup riced cauliflower, frozen (or add a frozen banana)
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1 scoop 310 Nutrition Salted Caramel Shake
  • 1/2 cup nut or oat milk (you can use coconut milk frozen into ice cubes for a thicker consistency)
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • Pinch pink sea salt
