Vegan Twix Nice Cream Dessert
Ingredients
Nice cream
- 3-4 frozen bananas (very ripe)
- 1/3 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp oat milk
Cookie crumble
- 1 cup oats
- 5 dates
- 0.5 tbsp coconut oil
Chocolate nougat
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp oat milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
Chocolate topping
- 80g vegan chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut cream or milk
Preparation
Make sure the bananas are not totally frozen and can be chewed before mixing for the nice cream.
Mix the nice cream ingredients with vanilla powder and oat milk.
Mix the cookie crumble ingredients with your hands.
Blend the chocolate nougat ingredients together with a spoon.
Melt the vegan chocolate and mix with coconut cream or milk for the topping.
Assemble by layering or topping the nice cream with cookie crumble, chocolate nougat, and chocolate topping to create the dessert.
